Amount of people which attend?
All of the markets have people that attend them otherwise they wouldn't stay available, therefore measuring how popular each one is with their cliental will give me a better idea of what they offer to the regulars. Two out of three markets are underground therefore do not rely on the weather to keep them on... yet the Night Market is outdoor therefore it is totally reliant on sunshine/clear days.
Amount of people varied between markets, yet the two indoor markets seemed to have less people than the Night Market, possibly because of their locations and the times they are open until.
